Ordering Information If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason contact us so that we can find a solution. If we can't, return it to us within 30 days for a full refund, exchange or credit. See Returns/Exchanges for more details. ORDERING METHODS Ordering Online Visit our Order Online page to select items by adding them to your shopping cart. Options, prices, taxes and shipping are automatically calculated for you. Before completing your order, make sure to fill out the vehicle profile form. This will help us ensure you receive the proper parts and avoid delays. Ordering by Phone Call toll free 1-888-EXPLORER (1-888-397-5673) Monday thru Thursday 9:00 am to 4:00 PM Pacific Time. Please have the information listed above, such as your vehicle profile and the parts you wish to order, along with your credit card, ready before calling. PAYMENT TYPES Credit Card We will be happy to accept your Mastercard, VISA. For mail or fax orders, please include complete card number, three or four digit interbank number, expiration date, name as it appears on the card, cardholder's signature and address of cardholder. For on-line orders, simply fill out the credit card information form when you have completed your order.

Orders must be shipped to the billing address or alternate address listed with your credit card issuer.

Money Order/Cashier's Check Make payable, in US funds, to "Explorer Express". Money Orders and Cashier's Checks will be help until they are cleared by our bank.

Checks Please allow extra time to clear your bank. Make checks payable to "Explorer Express".

COD Sorry, we do not accept cash on delivery payment.

Overseas orders We accept payment for non US orders via Bank Draft. Please call 707-254-7025 for account information.

APO-NPO We accept payment from APO-NPO. Shipping can only be sent by United States Postal Service. Please call 707-254-7025 for special instructions.

Shipping Policies Most orders are shipped UPS Ground Service. If you desire faster delivery, UPS 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air are available. Please call or e-mail for details. A few heavy or bulky items (noted "Truck Freight" in part descriptions) must be shipped by truck - freight charges collect. All Truck Freight orders must be prepaid. Please call for details. We can only ship to a street address.

Orders processed on the website to destinations in the Continental United States will be charged actual UPS ground shipping rates, with an $10 minimum per order, automatically calculated for you.

Charges for orders processed on the website outside the Continental US are not calculated automatically. We will calculate the shipping charges and contact you with the information before processing your order.

Back Orders We try to always have all the parts on this website in stock and ready to ship within 24 hours - except for a few special order items. In the event that a part is not available for immediate shipment, we will contact you for your instructions.

Special Orders All special orders must be paid in advance. Special order parts are not returnable or refundable.

Price Changes All prices in this website are subject to change without notice. If a price has increased over that listed we will contact you for your instructions before processing your order.

Product Changes If a product has been upgraded you will receive the latest version. All products are substantially identical to website pictures.

Returns and Exchanges If you find any part is incorrect or unsatisfactory, call our Customer Service Department at 1-707-254-7025 for a Returned Goods Authorization Number. Securely package part, insure and ship prepaid to EXPLORER EXPRESS, 1027 Bell Lane, Napa, CA 94558. Write your RGA number on the outside of the package. We cannot accept any return without an RGA. Item will be replaced or purchase price refunded according to your wish. If an item is returned due to our mistake, we will refund the shipping charges. Special orders and electrical parts may not be returned.

Returned parts must be in perfect new condition and in original packaging. Returns not in perfect new condition or returned after 30 days will be subject to a MINIMUM 20% restocking charge.

Damaged Merchandise If you should receive a shipment that is damaged or partially missing due to a broken, crushed or damaged box or container, you must make a claim to the carrier within three days. The carrier will return the damaged parts to us or notify us of the claim. We will then replace the damaged parts and reship them to you.

If a box looks damaged, we recommend that you inspect contents while the driver is present and have him or her make a note of damage on shipping receipt. This is your responsibility. EXPLORER EXPRESS is not responsible for shipping damage. Do not return damaged good directly to us.

Shortage Claims We must be advised of any shortages within three days after you receive your order. Please call our Customer Service Department at 1-707-254-7025.

Limited Warranty All parts manufactured by, or for,EXPLORER EXPRESS are covered by our One Year Limited Warranty. 's sole obligation is to replace, repair or refund defective parts - at our option. We do not represent these goods as being suitable for any particular use or purpose. We will not be responsible for labor charges, loss of use, incidental or subsequent damages of any kind. Damage due to abuse, incorrect installation or improper use are not covered by this limited warranty. Defective goods must be returned prepaid within 15 days after defect is discovered to EXPLORER EXPRESS, 1027 Bell Lane, Napa, CA 94558-2104.

All other parts are warranteed by their respective manufacturer.
